A HANDS-ON HEALING SESSION or A DISTANCE HEALING SESSION, THAT'S THE QUESTION

People have told me many times that they've never experienced scanning and moving energies like I do before. A healing session is experienced very differently by each person. One feels the shifts and others less, or none. From the healing point of view, the main focus of the session is not what you feel during the session, but more what you do afterwards with all the received healing energies. How you allow the effects to work within your every day life and the positive changes it brings to you.

Just like in a 1 to 1 session I tune in and sense what needs healing. That is the moment where the channelling begins and we as a team: You, the Spirit Guides/Angels and I, start to energetically connect. When an angel or spirit guide assist in the session it can be a relative, partner, friend, neighbour, or someone else who you knew. It can also be that you didn't know or don't like the spiritguide/angel that assist us. This doesn't matter as long as it is sending healing energy now as a benevolent spirit guide/angel.

Any benevolent spirit/angel want to help you with letting go of negative pattern and the discomfort and pain it causes. Who-ever your angels or spirit guides are, they don’t want us to have to live with pain, anger, fear, and sadness. They want us to be pain-free and happy and come back to help us learn to love our self, despite our imperfections, and to pursue healing. They want us to live our best life, the one we're born to be!  

Every healer uses their own specific abilities to locate, analyse and send healing energy to the recipient and it's energy field.  The way I do distance healing sessions is in total trust. This means that during a session we don't see or talk to each other during the session on any device. After booking an appointment, we'll make contact by Whatsapp and app things through before doing the session.

After a distance session, I write about what I've felt during the session, which coincides with what you've processed during the session. The channeling during the distance healing sessions is very different then during the hands-on sessions and the notes are cryptic for me to decipher.

STRESS TO DE-STRESS

ANGEL@ My HEAling ROOM: PART 1

Since I work as a spiritual healer for 23 years it has happened a few times in the past that I thought that I'm just making things up! Who am I to think that I am a channel for universal and spiritual love!? Those doubts I know now, were growing spurts to erase the negative voice of my father which I had to endure during my childhood.  After having had these kind of doubts the universe always showed me directly in a next session that I AM indeed a channel for love and light!!! Every session is so different, so in the moment and so alive!

     7 years ago I've published a book about myself and my work, something I could have never imagined doing in my wildest dreams! I wrote it to inspire others to not doubt their own thoughts and feelings. To believe and to love oneself. I've learned that the only way forward in life is with love for oneself.

I love working my love purpose every time! I've had a rough childhood. Not as bad as other people have experienced it, but enough to be able to respond with love and compassion to all who come to me for a healing session. I like to share this one session, one of the many, when the spiritual world shows me that I AM born to channel love as my life purpose, and to be in service of others.

" HER, MY BEAUTIFUL HEART "

    On and of I've been doing a few healing sessions on Rosemary, a woman of 77.
She wants me to share her story and insists on using her real age and name.

     One month ago after another episode of difficult breathing and irregular heart beats at home, Rosemary had to return to the hospital for a few observation days and another MRI.
After her stay at the hospital I visitied her at her house.

'Pina, before I'd met you, I would not even look at the monitor'
'I don't like to look at that ugly black opening and closing greedy mouth'.

     Then she starts to smile and says, 'This time though during the MRI I closed my eyes and heard a voice...'  'I think it was your voice Pina, or was it the voice of an angel?' I don't know, anyway it was like a voice.'

" It said, ' look at your beautiful heart Rosemary."
" She's so doing her best for you".
"Without her you would be dead."


     'I was amazed this voice was revering to my ugle black mouth as HER, as I rever to it as IT.' 'I looked at it and saw a heart beating for me.' 'I felt her working so hard and thought to myself, it is not a black ugly mouth, this is my beautiful heart, without it I am dead.' 'In that moment I realised that for the first time I appriciated my heart and given her a gender.'

     'Then I looked at the doctor and thought, 'he also has one of those things. I looked at the nurse and thought,' she also has one.' After the MRI was finished I walked through the hospital corridors and every time I saw someone walking I realised that they all have one of these big black mouths opening and closing like myself and that we are all part of the great collective!' At that moment I felt that I was no longer afraid of it! Then and there I realised that I had an epiphany'.

     I'm so happy for Rosemary experiencing this incredible revelation. What an amazing moment this must have been for her! Thank You Rosemary for sharing your story and allowing me to be a part of that journey. When people tell me their healing stories every molecule in my body screams,

I wrote this after having a session with spirit medium PIna Lazara and author of  Love is the Essence of the Soul Chrysalis.  My homework was 'Letting Go' :-)
I love Pina’s book.  I admire her courage for writing it even though she wasn’t sure how it would be received or what people would think of her.  It gives me the courage to pursue my own book. 

I really liked the sense of timelessness where life events are interwoven with dream-like stories.  My favourite bit was about the beluga whales and as I read it, I could just feel myself drawn in that magical world and I was in the sea moving up and down in the swell.  

Pina writes openly and honestly from her heart and I found I couldn’t put the book down.  I read most of it in an afternoon.

I know I write a lot about being nice to yourself and heal yourself.
A lot about the individual healing, but this all to benefit others as well.
Like when you keep filling yourself, you are a cup overflowing.
And always able to give in kindness to others, if willing...
All these floods, all these droughts, all these hurricanes.
All the poverty, and all the sufferings in this world.

OUR WORLD...NOT SOMEONE ELSES BUT YOURS AND MINE.

The world is crying out to all of us, trying to tell us something.
To stop depleting its treasures towards individual benefit!
To stop polluting and suffocating its breath.
To become more a whole again, bringing back the community feel.
Lets stop bulling each other, lets stop killing each other.

WHY ARE WE SO AFRAID FOR LOVE?

Lets be nice to ourself today, lets be nice to someone else today.
Respectful as how the Divine world had intended it for us.
Lets all wish eachother a nice day. What ever culture, what ever religion.
Stop separating and dividing, stop thinking small, THINK BIG.
