INSIDE MY HEART THERE IS AN OCEAN

Inside my heart there is an ocean

I can hear the roaring of the waves

I want to sing that song

Bathe in the cool waters

Immerse myself in the currents

And follow the flow

To adventure and

Wonder and delight.

Usually I wonder how

I can get there.

I shrug and act helpless

As if my mind ran the show.

But today is different.

I can just go there

Easily simply

By letting go.

I wrote this after having a session with spirit medium PIna Lazara and author of  Love is the Essence of the Soul Chrysalis.  My homework was 'Letting Go' :-)
I love Pina’s book.  I admire her courage for writing it even though she wasn’t sure how it would be received or what people would think of her.  It gives me the courage to pursue my own book. 

I really liked the sense of timelessness where life events are interwoven with dream-like stories.  My favourite bit was about the beluga whales and as I read it, I could just feel myself drawn in that magical world and I was in the sea moving up and down in the swell.  

Pina writes openly and honestly from her heart and I found I couldn’t put the book down.  I read most of it in an afternoon.

LOVE IS THE ESSENCE OF THE SOUL CHRYSALIS - part 2

By writing this book I am breaking the repetitive patterns held by my silence and hopefully inspiring others to do the same. The feelings of fear, shame, anger and guilt that I had can be released and transformed into positive feelings and actions.

Negative thinking makes us into someone we are not. Sometimes we try to be a certain way for others in order to receive their approval. I have learned that self-acceptance is more important then feeling accepted by others, and it feels much better. By working through all these feelings, I have come out the other end and become the person I was born to be.

I have deliberately written this book in the ‘I’ form, from the point of view of the collective not from the ego. Unfortunately it is necessary that I write more about the negative collective then the positive collective. 
My story could be your story and your story could be mine.

I want to state that I respect all religions, as they all derive from the one divine source: Love. I understand and respect equality and the wisdom of bringing these beliefs into practice in our daily life. When I use the word ‘Universe’ in this book, it means God, Allah, Buddha, YHVH, Goddess, Krishna and Great Spirit. All these titles I use with the same respect.

This book is written for all universal children who have given up on themselves, for those who are now ready to discover or rediscover what they are truly made of: Love. Now they can work on fulfilling their own journey to give themselves, and our world, a second chance.



The answer is not in my writing, but in the resonance of the words that awaken your dormant warrior spirit. Any warrior spirit wants to commence a quest. The fulfilment of your happiness is just around the corner because yoursoulsfullofit! Helpful tools during this journey are your Librarian Memories.

This book is an integration of Pientje, the little girl, and Pina, the grown-up adult. After all these years, we have finally grown towards each other and integrated within. Pientje and Pina found out that fear and anger caused them to be separated and therefore weakened. 

Now together, through acceptance, we feel whole, stronger, happier and healthier.
Therefore we function well out there in the world.

When I started to write this book, my first thoughts were, ‘What will people think of me’, will they think ‘Here’s another one who thinks they know it all’. I realised that these thoughts became the "soul" reason to write this book and used my potential to break my silence and give it words.

RETURNING HOME - PART 2

As Great Spirit is everyone’s origin, one always gets born fully aware of everything spiritual during its moment of reincarnation. Transforming back into a new body can be saddening sometimes because it feels being further away from your soul gleam. 

The longer you live the harder it is to keep innocence alive, especially when fear. anger or disappointment weakens your soul reflection. So obtaining courage at all time is utmost important in ones journey.

Another practical challenge of getting a new conduit is that the body is always so small to begin with. It is easier when you have lived a long life and your olden bones were filled with ancient bone marrow wisdom. It stored memory will remind you straight away how to stretch it. It is even less difficult when you didn't live so long before and you left your body when still small. 

The second and most important moment of birth is not only receiving but also accepting your new life. Also how you accept it because when you accept it to eager it can happen that you forget your wisdom from before. This doesn't mean that it is lost. It is the way of the warrior to re-capture this wisdom at any given time and adding it to ones new accumulated awareness.

Out of the blue a fast bright screeching light brushed the Treetop. It's intense reverberation piercing through my body and shivers the quills of my feathers. When I look at my skin I see that it has been impregnated with the colour blue. Through this specific orgone colour I can be recognised by others of my spirit tribe. I have arrived home again between dusk and dawn and  just on time.

RETURNING HOME - PART 1

I, Tengere Naga have seen myself coming and going many times. I love to travel, to soar between all corners of the spectrum. The magic of the whole process of re-incarnation and waking up somewhere else still captivates me.  This is my sixth lifetime.

  

Returning home, the arrival at a place where heart and soul effortlessly fuse together is always a sensational feeling. Getting born is the first part of the journey returning home we must go alone. At birth is where you straight away show what you are really made of.

Bones attacking your immortal soul, sticking wildly through it to form a skeleton to shape your new form. Organs attach themselves to it. Then your heart gets pulled into place by your new spirit. Suddenly you’re surrounded again by a restricting skin. Bam, there it is; you have become body again, a conduit for a new life.

I land fairly levelled and sit quietly on the branch before I jump down onto the ground. I arrived in full flight at six am on one of the strong branches of the Sacred Larix Sibirca, immaculate twig light zone. 

Its strong flexible roots are spread out over Mother Earth, vibrating eternal love. My small legs are not that strong yet, so if moving to quickly I can fall, so I'm keeping still for the moment.

Every time you return home you have to undergo a whole ritual. The first part consists out of letting go of the transparent wings that supported you to return back to Mother. During this re-birth I took on the same colour of the Tree’s bark and droopy foliage to camouflage my arrival.

I keep still whilst I'm surrounded by the remains of my olden wings. In this way I’m allowing them to slowly retreat back into memory, tick, tack, before standing my new ground. 

This moment of returning hurts the soul the most.

This story is about two new friends who were over for dinner one night.

It was after dinner that Rachel’s five-year-old son Eli suddenly got a very sore ankle.
Not knowing each other that well, I said to Eli and his mother Rachel that, if he
wanted, I could hold his ankle in my hands for a bit and maybe this would ease the
pain. ‘I would like that,’ he said. So we sat him in an easy chair. Quite soon after 

I took hold of his ankle he felt a thickly sensation behind his knee. He was laughing

so happily that we all started laughing. Then he said, ‘Mum, the only person who

always tickled me under my knee was Mary,’and immediately 

a flash of white light washed over Eli. 

Rachel got a fright because Mary, her best friend, had passed away very recently.

I kept calm and continued to hold Eli’s ankle a bit longer, then his leg started to
gently tremble. More laughter followed and after a few minutes the pain was gone.
Rachel had never experienced anything like this before and was ready to smoke a
cigarette. I gave her one and told her to go outside onto the balcony and smoke it
and that there was someone there who wanted to talk to her. 

Rachel laughed because there was no one else but us in the house. 
She went outside, smoked the cigarette and after a while rejoined us.
She told us that when she lit the cigarette her friend Mary had appeared
in front of her in a bright yellow bikini. She was not frightened to see her, 
although it unsettled her, as she missed Mary very much.

Rachel told us that it was the ‘real Mary’, speaking the way she would have
when she was alive. Mary had told Rachel that she didn’t want people to be sad
and cry about her and that she was exactly where she wanted to be.
