The Mind, Body and Spirit as a Collective Collector

 Emptying our minds is one of the most useful things we can practise in our lives. Some people can do this unconsciously, while others have to do it in a conscious way. A silent moment of peace and quiet in this busy world we all live in is a precious thing. Silence, when positive, is a sigh of peacefulness. 

It is a meditative harmonious reconnecting with the source we all come from. This can give us a sense of calm, a feeling of renewal. We feel refreshed when we have spent some time alone in our ‘bubble’, or when we have had a little break from it all. 

When our life is happy, our mind can tap into this calm state of being whenever desired. It is also good to contemplate precious memories of joy and harmony, giving us a feeling of contentment. This is the plan the Divine has in store for us. 

There are a lot of happy and loving people out there in the world, who were able to stay connected with that loving energy they received as their birthright. These are the children who grew up with the right foundations and became loving, respectful, wise and compassionate adults.

 Compare it to building a house. The right foundations and the proper building materials are vital. All houses should be built with the right amount of concrete, sand, water, stones, wood and insulation in order to be able to offer protection from natural forces.

 Unfortunately, not everyone lives with this sense of safety and harmony. But we can all learn. Feeling safe is a feeling of being supported and protected, by yourself, your family and friends, the Universe and its patterns of sacred Love.

     A summer breeze touching the leaves of the trees, a herd of cows coughing and
the sound of a buzzard’s wings flapping. There are many different ways of connecting
to the Universe. The first time I managed to do this, nothing remarkable happened for a while and then I started to cry. 

Then I suddenly felt warmth and a tingling in my spine, followed by a sense of blue, green and gold healing rushing through my legs and grounding me to the floor. An indescribable feeling welled up in my heart, washing away all the old pains and filling my body with a feeling of un-conditional love, happiness and beauty.

 That evening I learned that I had until then never been the real me. I had to learn
to let go of the emotions that had been engendered by others and finally start to
live my own life. No better place and time than the here and now. Here, in the wild
west, the only disturbances were my own.

     I closed my eyes and the fear welled up again. I asked for guidance and felt the
words, ‘No more time to waste.’ Immediately I felt a sense of protection filling me
on the inside and surrounding my being. The skin of my upper back felt like the
ancient feathers of a grey owl and thousands of little downy feathers grew across my
lower back.

     The room was full of white light. Arms of light embraced me firmly yet rocked
me gently. It felt so beautiful that my back and solar plexus opened up and love
streamed right through me. It was as if I was a river merging with the almighty
ocean. It felt as if Love and I were speaking with one another and I wept as I was
filled with blue healing light. 

I felt elevated, happy and strong, like a bottle of the finest champagne. 
All I wanted from that moment on was to learn to surrender completely to universal wisdom, 
because the Universe is my home and Love lives inside of me. ~Excerpt of page 88~

Being nice is not enough, but acting nice is. Trying to live someone else’s life is
impossible. Being in charge of your own life means not being a victim. 
Momentum – Impetus! 

Purple soul, red spirit, golden body, green heart, our heart lives next to
and opposite our spirit. We are students of our soul, and the journeys are where we
gather knowledge.

Since I learned to understand that I am just a child of the Universe and that I
should live according to Love, life has been easier. Since I started to remember what
I am made of and why I am here, there has been less struggle in my life. This has
been a liberation of my true being. Everything has started to fall into place.

Symptoms of a panic attack
  • heightened vigilance for danger and physical symptoms.
  • anxious and irrational thinking.
  • a strong feeling of dread, danger or foreboding.
  • fear of going mad, losing control, or dying.
  • feeling lightheaded and dizzy.
  • tingling and chills, particularly in the arms and hands.
  • trembling or shaking, sweating.

1: Immidiate relief: rescue remedy, take in drops, spray or tablets.

2: Apply a drop of Valerian oil, just above the lip and breath in and out.
Or rub on hands, make cup of hands and inhale. Inhaling calming sense.

3: You can also combine Valerian oil and rescue remedy.

4: Walking and physical activities are grounding. Getting your mind of things.

5: Talk to a friend, family member, or someone you feel comfortable with.

All the remedies above are natural remedies.

David D. Burns recommends breathing exercises for those suffering from anxiety. One such breathing exercise is a 5-2-5 count. Using the stomach (or diaphragm) — and not the chest — you inhale (feel your stomach come out, as opposed to your chest expanding) for 5 seconds. As you reach the maximal point at inhalation, hold your breath for 2 seconds. Then slowly exhale, over 5 seconds. Repeat this cycle twice and then breathe 'normally' for 5 cycles (1 cycle = 1 inhale + 1 exhale). The point is to focus on the breathing and relax the heart rate. Regular diaphragmatic breathing may also be achieved by extending the out breath either by counting or even humming.

Diaphragmatic breathingabdominal breathingbelly breathing or deep breathing is breathing that is done by contracting the diaphragm, a muscle located horizontally between the chest cavity and stomach cavity. Air enters the lungs and the belly expands during this type of breathing.
This deep breathing is marked by expansion of the abdomen rather than the chest when breathing. It is considered by some to be a healthier way to breathe, and is considered by some a useful form of complementary and alternative treatment.
Diaphragmatic Breathing is also known scientifically as Eupnea, which is a natural and relaxed form of breathing in all mammals. Eupnea occurs in mammals whenever they are in a state of relaxation, ie when there is no clear and present danger in their environment.

        Full moon october 2023 is a lunar eclipse in Taurus & brings what's in the shadows light

Eclipse season is always a time of endings. As one door closes, another opens. But as is often the case with eclipses, the endings they bring may not have been ones we wanted. However, these supercharged lunar events have a way of dropping seemingly far-off events directly into our laps to deal with in the present.

The stars are strongly encouraging you to evaluate the changes you have undergone – and forgive yourself and others for ways in which you or the have fallen short of your goals but more importantly your values. Taurus and Scorpio energy reminds us that we all have a shadow side. We owe it to ourselves, and to others, to be honest about that – but also display grace. You are not perfect – and neither are they. It’s a reminder to let others be who they are going to be, who they have shown you to be, so you can be free to be who you are destined to become, even if it means without them.

 is there to give and to share?

I was one of those quiet, timid children. When I was a small child I asked my father
for twenty-five cents for an ice cream. He told me to be quiet, that I had nothing
to say and I didn’t have to think that he was Rothschild! In those days I had no idea
what a Rothschild was or what it meant, but for my father the word Rothschild had
the utmost importance.

His way of thinking came into my childhood and I dragged his thoughts around
with me like a dirty old rag. After many years, this rag started to smell badly, even to
stink! As I walked through life, the rag became heavier and heavier, making it more
and more difficult for me to move forward. The rag was full of silence and anger,
causing my small self to be silent and full of disrespect.

For years I was at a standstill, filled with panic attacks. In my teenage years, I
slowly came to understand that its weight was hindering me. It was holding me
back. I love to go forward because going forward means growth. I love to travel, talk
with people, exchange new ideas and learn new things all the time.

It took a long time before ME started to talk. When I tell people that I was a
scared and quiet child, they don’t believe me, they laugh and say, ‘You?’ I learned to
keep my head down because, if I didn’t, I got hurt and that was painful. There were
always the underlying threats of being hit. The pain and fear left me feeling disconnected and ultimately lost inside ‘my selves’.

Later on I learned that there was more to life than these feelings. It was called
LOVE. The feeling called LOVE was another way of life. First and foremost, we are
a soul. We are here to love and to be loved 
and to live our journey within the light
of love.
