The second main question people ask me is: 'What is it that you do during a session?'

I scan people's energy via hand placements. I make high and low sounds that vibrate through your body. These sounds target and release layers of emotions which create shifts toward self-healing. Especially in the first session these sounds get met by the receiving person with great joy or laughter.

At the end of the session I smudge you with the smoke of the Palo Santo and swoop with different feathers: Eagle, Hawk and give away Turkey, over your aura & body. Because of the sounds I make, and the blowing I do, people started calling me a shaman.

LOVE IS THE GREATEST HEALER

'I underwent healing sessions with Pina on and off for a number of years and they were unlike anything else I have ever experienced. There was always something there: a sure release of tensions, of energetic baggage old and recent, accurate insights into one’s state of mind, health and being.

           Dear Pina,

What a beautiful impressive book! When I started reading I couldn’t put it down. So many parts in the book have touched me in so many different ways.

The story about Lara was very moving, tears rolling down my face.

That moment when you have to let go of a beloved one is one of the most intimate moments in a relationship.

Being able to write that down and share something this personal, takes courage and makes you vulnerable. Talking about getting out of your comfort zone; respect!

Then there were the parts when Andre started talking to you. I found myself chuckling at times, what a lovely person. His wisdom must have been very special to you.

Sometimes I felt I was walking into a magical world which surprised me time after time. Now I understand where your love for Saluki’s comes from ️ Love Ann

My favourite part of the book was your conversation with the young autistic boy in the bar, it triggered some personal emotions. To be honest it gave me goose bumps and it is still on my mind.

I will read the book a second time, this time bit by bit to let everything sink in. All the advise you give in the book is helpful for anyone who reads it. 

           I, for one, cannot wait for your next book to come out. Love Ann

TO LET GO TAKES LOVE FOR ONESELF

Loslaten!

Weken ben ik al aan het rennen en soms als een kip zonder kop :). Maar ook ik moet soms al mijn spanningen in mijn hoofd en lichaam los kunnen laten. Pina Lazara helpt mij hierbij. Het is vrij lastig om exact uit te leggen wat ze doet, maar een ding weet ik wel, het doet MIJ goed!
Pina gebruikt haar handen om te helen, om spanningen, stress en onderdrukte emoties los te laten komen en te helen. Heerlijk mens is ze en fijn dat ik mezelf even kan ont-en opladen bij haar.

To let go!

I'm running around for weeks and sometimes like a chicken without a head. Even I have to  sometimes let go of the tension in my head and body. Pina Lazara helps me with this. It's difficult to explain what she does, but one thing I know for certain, it does ME well! Pina uses her hands to heal. She helps me to let go of stress, tension, and oppressed emotions. She's a lovely person, and it's nice that I can release, relax and recharge with her.
