Everybody has his or her own way of doing grounding exercises. Some like to call upon the Nature Spirits, using the image of trees and their roots reaching into the ground. Others like to call upon the angelic realm. Whichever way you like to do it is fine as long as you do it with concentration and stillness. The Archangel Michael grounding exercise is very eﬀective and can be practised indoors or outdoors, on your own or with a group, and can bedone daily, preferably in the morning.
Try not to think too much, just go into the feeling of it. Have fun with it. For some people the grounding happens straight away and others need time to play with it for a while.
This doesn’t mean that you’re doing anything wrong, but just that you need a bit more time practising this exercise.

I do this exercise, I like to use the image of rusty iron cables such as the ones used
on building construction sites. When you do this properly and stand there for at
least three minutes, you will feel energy going right through your body.

If you do this exercise once every morning for at least three months, it will soon
become a part of your energy body, activating in only a few seconds. This exercise
can bring a feeling of balance and well-being. HAVE FUN!
