Just like in a 1 to 1 session I tune in and sense what needs healing. That is the moment where the channelling begins and we as a team: You, the Spirit Guides/Angels and I, start to energetically connect. When an angel or spirit guide assist in the session it can be a relative, partner, friend, neighbour, or someone else who you knew. It can also be that you didn't know or don't like the spiritguide/angel that assist us. This doesn't matter as long as it is sending healing energy now as a benevolent spirit guide/angel.
Any benevolent spirit/angel want to help you with letting go of your uncomfortable patterns and the discomfort and pain it can cause. Who-ever your angels or spirit guides are, they don’t want us to have to live with pain, anger, fear, or sadness. They want us to be pain-free and happy and come back to help us learn to love our self, despite our imperfections, and to pursue healing. They want us to live our best life, the one we're born to be!
Every spiritual healer uses their own specific abilities to locate, analyse and send healing energy to the recipient and it's energy field. The way I do distance healing sessions is in total trust. This means that during a session we don't see or talk to each other during the session on any device. After booking an appointment, we'll make contact by Whatsapp and app things through before doing the session.
After a hands-on session, I write an overview about what you've felt. After a distance session, I write an overview of what I've felt, which coincides with what you're processed during the session. The channeling during the distance healing sessions is very different then during the hands-on sessions. The notes are also more cryptic for me to decipher into understandable overviews, yet suprisingly accurate.
After the session I tell you that I will send your overview in an email later. Most people are very curious to read their overview, and when not received in a few days, they contact me to remind me. I understand that there is a lot of focus on wanting to read it and as soon as possible. No worries, I've never forgetten anyone. I write them in the following order when people had their session.
I don't really know when I will write them, because I re-channel the notes, and wait for the right moment to come along. I'll do it asap. To write an overview takes me mostly more time and energy than the actual session because it takes a different kind of concentration.
Some people get a long and in-depth overview, whilst others could get a shorter one. How ever long or short, they are made with much attention. I write these overviews because I want people to get as much benefit from their sessions as possible. - The distance sessions only work with a written overview. -
A healing session is experienced very differently by each person. One feels the shifts and others less, or none. From the healing point of view, the main focus of the session is what you do afterwards with all the received healing energies. How you allow the effects to work within your every day life and the positive changes it brings to you.

After my session with you, I experienced a wave of profound tiredness around 5 pm - it felt like the deep relaxation I get from other therapies, but multiplied by 100! I knew I was going through a powerful healing. I went to bed very early feeling a deep sense of healing wash over me and slept all night. I hadn't expected to feel anything, as I wasn’t sure how the session worked, but it was incredibly powerful. The overview was also fascinating and provided me with meaningful insights into my life.
I always had sessions with Pina when she still lived in Ireland and have been doing for number of years however at times when I feel I really need Treatment or Healing or something like that Pina is not available anymore to see me in person. I now book her for distance healing and I just lay down and we play music at the same time that she does the healing and I can honestly say is it every bit as good as doing it in person and you really do feel energy shifting and moving and definitely positive results afterwards.. and I have also have gotten her to do distance healing sessions for my children and they don’t even need to know but they do feel that something has happened and they feel the energy shifting as well .. it’s amazing that it can work like this, but it really does .. I would highly highly recommend her. Looking forward to having my Next in person session with her when she is back in Ireland one day. .. Jessie
