New Moon September 6th 

The September 6 new moon almost exactly trine Uranus brings progressive and exciting change that happens quickly, without causing too much chaos. Heightened intuition and the ability to foresee the future means you can take advantage of the radical changes occurring.

INSIDE MY HEART THERE IS AN OCEAN

Inside my heart there is an ocean

I can hear the roaring of the waves

I want to sing that song

Bathe in the cool waters

Immerse myself in the currents

And follow the flow

To adventure and

Wonder and delight.

Usually I wonder how

I can get there.

I shrug and act helpless

As if my mind ran the show.

But today is different.

I can just go there

Easily simply

By letting go.

I wrote this after having a session with spirit medium PIna Lazara and author of  Love is the Essence of the Soul Chrysalis.  My homework was 'Letting Go' :-)
I love Pina’s book.  I admire her courage for writing it even though she wasn’t sure how it would be received or what people would think of her.  It gives me the courage to pursue my own book. 

I really liked the sense of timelessness where life events are interwoven with dream-like stories.  My favourite bit was about the beluga whales and as I read it, I could just feel myself drawn in that magical world and I was in the sea moving up and down in the swell.  

Pina writes openly and honestly from her heart and I found I couldn’t put the book down.  I read most of it in an afternoon.

FENG SHUI/IN-VISION TEMPLATES/VISION BOARDS/HAPPINESS&ABUNDANCE BOARDS

Last year I was visiting a friend for a winter solstice party, which was also a kind of visualise and manifest workshop. She showed us the template, shown above, as an example of how to make a vision board.  After some tips and ideas we collectively made a vision board of how we would like to experience and see our Mother Earth. On New Years Day we made one at home, according to the template. It took nearly a day and was great fun and created a lot of insight! Straight at the beginning of this year I wanted to write a post about it, but for whatever reason I didn't.

Finally last weekend it became apparent to me that I was too focused on this one particular kind of vision board and today it (finally) dawned on me that you can OF COURSE CREATE any kind of vision board, or in-vision board- about any topic! It can be either of physical, emotional, spiritual or practical nature, anything you feel drawn too! Is it family orientated? Is it for personal development? Is it about fulfilling a dream? Manifesting your dream house? Peace on earth?

Is it about healing/ integrating your past with your present? To let go? Your present presence? To see how beautiful you really are? To celebrate all your gifts? How you would like to feel, to be? How you would like to create a better or great relationship with your loved ones, your inner s-elfes-? To learn to like/love your inner child/ren. To integrate and welcome them within the adult you have become in the meantime? To love your life?! Etc, etc, etc..endless topics, you name it!

You can make a in-vision board by yourself, or with your friends,
your partner, your child/ren, parents. With whomever you make it:

NOTHING BETTER THEN THE MOMENT! GO FOR IT!

All you need is a piece of cardboard to start with - you can also recycle any piece of cardboard for your project - whatever size or shape you like to make. Then you need a scissor, glue or pushpins, old magazines, newspapers, anything text, images, pictures, quotes, anything that calls out to you...cut them out, put them the areas of your themes on the board and see how the rest unfolds for yourself...Draw, write...

Dear Pina,

What a beautiful impressive book! When I started reading I couldn’t put it down. So many parts in the book have touched me in so many different ways.

The story about Lara was very moving, tears rolling down my face.

That moment when you have to let go of a beloved one is one of the most intimate moments in a relationship.

Being able to write that down and share something this personal, takes courage and makes you vulnerable. Talking about getting out of your comfort zone; respect!

Then there were the parts when Andre started talking to you. I found myself chuckling at times, what a lovely person. His wisdom must have been very special to you.

Sometimes I felt I was walking into a magical world which surprised me time after time. Now I understand where your love for Saluki’s comes from ️

My favourite part of the book was your conversation with the young autistic boy in the bar, it triggered some personal emotions. To be honest it gave me goosebumps and it is still on my mind.

I will read the book a second time, this time bit by bit to let everything sink in. All the advise you give in the book is helpful for anyone who reads it.

MY STORY ABOUT DARLING PINA

My ongoing journey with Pina began one year ago when we met and spoke at the gym! I needed the gym for my arthritis and I marvelled at Pina’s agility. We got talking and she offered me a free healing session! I had never experienced a medium, spiritual healer and immediately I thought why not with great anticipation!

What an amazing journey we have been on since! 

My first session with her was amazingly strange and so full of wonder and when she connected with my family who have passed I got such peace and comfort! My following encounters are so hard to explain, how I felt in words to do them justice! Each session was different and unique, some emotional or more funny, the cold feeling in parts of my body when she was working on me and then at other sessions the warm glow! I have got such relief and yet my whole emotional journey is unravelling through my bones!

I also know that I have more shite to get rid of and I have to face why I am stubborn about holding on to the past, especially the fears and feelings I don’t need!!! My love of myself is sitting easier and I now know that I am beauty-full. Thanks to Pina I am letting go of my need to be needed, caring for others and allow others take care of me! 

My need for sessions are less frequent as having been told by Pina that my healing is within me and I have to work on myself! Pina is unique and so hard to describe her healing sessions to people as some would say she's cracked! Bizarre and definitely when you hear her whistles and guttural sounds during her work and healing!

She's bubbly gifted and has a way with words that’s amazing! 
She is a truly spiritual being with the gift of healing.
