WE ARE ALL INFINITE STARS

God has created me to do some definite service. He has committed some work to me which he has not committed to another. I have my mission... - John Henry Newman -

Let the beauty we love be what we do. ~ RUMI~

"When a positive goal has been set, you should pursue it all the way to the end. Even if it's not realized, at least there will be no regret". His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama

We all have a reason to be here and are all pieces of the infinite and divine puzzle. Without You the puzzle is not complete. Go inside and try to feel what it is that you are born to be, born to do. What is your life purpose, your passion for living? What is your service to the world? Don't get distracted. Stay focused on what you came here to do. Follow the fire/your guidance inside your solar plexus. Go for it! Have fun whilst exploring. Pina Lazara

EMOTIONAL HYGIENE: TO PRESERVE HEALTHY MIND & ATTITUDES

Image result for emotional hygiene
We'll go to the doctor when we feel flu-ish or a nagging pain. So why don’t we see a health professional when we feel emotional pain for instance: guilt, loss, loneliness? Too many of us deal with common psychological-health issues on our own. But we don’t have to. Guy makes a compelling case to practice emotional hygiene — taking care of our emotions, our minds, with the same diligence we take care of our bodies.  Speaker: Guy Winch

In much the same way that dental hygiene involves brushing our teeth and flossing every day, and personal hygiene involves cleaning ourselves and taking care of physical injuries when we sustain them, emotional hygiene refers to being mindful of our psychological health and adopting brief daily habits to monitor and... # SOME INSIGHT FROM HIS HOLINESS THE 14 TH DALAI LAMA #

The moment you think only of yourself, the focus of your whole mind narrows, and because of this narrow focus, uncomfortable things can appear huge and bring you fear, discomfort, and a sense of feeling overwhelmed by misery. The moment you think of others with a sense of caring, however your mind widens. Within that wider angle, your own problems appear to be of no significance, and this makes a big difference.

So, the tendency of our childish nature is to take small things to seriously and get easily offended, whereas when we are confronted with situations that have long term consequences, we tend to take things less seriously.

Feeling of anger, bitterness, and hate are negative. If I kept those inside me they would spoil my body and my health. They are of no use.

I pray for a more friendly, more caring, and more understanding human family on this planet. To all who dislike suffering, who cherish lasting happiness, this is my heartfelt appeal.

Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them.
This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.
Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.

UNIVERSAL INTENTION

The intention of the Universe is for all of us to grow up feeling good about
ourselves, living our ‘given’ lives, shining our light. When we follow our karmic
journey, we are guided by the wisdom to choose love. When we remember lessons
learned from lives lived before, we are using the proper tools, which are offered as
our birthright.

Do not try to be an Einstein when you are actually a Matisse. They were two
totally different gifted people yet equally important to the world. In one lifetime
we are here to live from the heart and in another from the head, one time healthy,
another time sick. However, when we are reincarnated, we all have to live a life of
seeking and finding.

We get so much support and opportunities from the Universe to really
become who we are, but most of the time we are the ones who don’t believe
in ourself. We punish ourselves inside our own heads. Stop being your own worst
enemy! Stop sabotaging the ground you walk on! Don’t be frightened of stumbling,
falling or crying! When you fall, get up, smile and hold your head up high while
trying again. Welcome yourself as you would welcome your best friend!
