" HER, MY BEAUTIFUL HEART "

    On and of I've been doing a few healing sessions on Rosemary, a woman of 77.
She wants me to share her story and insists on using her real age and name.

     One month ago after another episode of difficult breathing and irregular heart beats at home, Rosemary had to return to the hospital for a few observation days and another MRI.
After her stay at the hospital I visitied her at her house.

'Pina, before I'd met you, I would not even look at the monitor'
'I don't like to look at that ugly black opening and closing greedy mouth'.

     Then she starts to smile and says, 'This time though during the MRI I closed my eyes and heard a voice...'  'I think it was your voice Pina, or was it the voice of an angel?' I don't know, anyway it was like a voice.'

" It said, ' look at your beautiful heart Rosemary."
" She's so doing her best for you".
"Without her you would be dead."


     'I was amazed this voice was revering to my ugle black mouth as HER, as I rever to it as IT.' 'I looked at it and saw a heart beating for me.' 'I felt her working so hard and thought to myself, it is not a black ugly mouth, this is my beautiful heart, without it I am dead.' 'In that moment I realised that for the first time I appriciated my heart and given her a gender.'

     'Then I looked at the doctor and thought, 'he also has one of those things. I looked at the nurse and thought,' she also has one.' After the MRI was finished I walked through the hospital corridors and every time I saw someone walking I realised that they all have one of these big black mouths opening and closing like myself and that we are all part of the great collective!' At that moment I felt that I was no longer afraid of it! Then and there I realised that I had an epiphany'.

     I'm so happy for Rosemary experiencing this incredible revelation. What an amazing moment this must have been for her! Thank You Rosemary for sharing your story and allowing me to be a part of that journey. When people tell me their healing stories every molecule in my body screams,

ARCHANGEL MICHAEL GROUNDING EXERCISE

Archangel Michael grounding exercise:

Everybody has his or her own way of doing grounding exercises. Some like to call upon the Nature Spirits, using the image of trees and their roots reaching into the ground. Others like to call
upon the angelic realm. Whichever way you like to do it is fine as long as you do
it with concentration and stillness. The Archangel Michael grounding exercise is very effective
and can be practised indoors or outdoors, on your own or with a group, and can be
done daily, preferably in the morning. 

Try not to think too much, just go into the feeling of it. Have fun with it. For  some people the grounding happens straight away and others need time to play with it for a while.
This doesn’t mean that you’re doing anything wrong, but just that you need a bit more time practising this exercise.

Place both your feet firmly on the ground. Bend your knees a little and then keep
your legs still and relaxed in that position. Let your arms and hands hang loosely, relaxed in their natural position. Close your eyes and imagine a line of your favourite
colour (darker colours work better) going down from the sole of each foot. Visualise
this line with an arrowhead pointing down into the ground, however far feels right for you.

Then do the same with a line coming out of the base of your spine/ tailbone. Imagine it
going down until the three lines meet, forming the point of one arrowhead. When
I do this exercise, I like to use the image of rusty iron cables such as the ones used
on building construction sites. When you do this properly and stand there for at
least three minutes, you will feel energy going right through your body.

 It is a fizzy feeling, recharging your battery. It is nothing to worry about if you tremble or sway
a little, as it means that you have successfully grounded yourself and are in the arms
of the Universe. After grounding yourself, stay in the same position and invoke the Archangel
Michael. It is helpful to speak the following words out loud: 

 Archangel Michael, please:

1. Disconnect me from all the energies that are not mine.
2. I surround myself with a Golden Egg of Protection.
3. All energies are reflected back into Golden Light

Allow yourself time to take in this energising protective and loving energy. Say
thank you in your own way and start your day. These two exercises will take
less then 3 minutes of your time each day, but will add so much wonder to it!

If you do this exercise once every morning for at least three months, it will soon
become a part of your energy body, activating in only a few seconds. This exercise
can bring a feeling of balance and well-being.  HAVE FUN!
