A thought is a very powerful tool, so use your brain wisely.
Next time when you wish or want for something, think about it some more. What are the consequences of your desires? Are they only effecting you, or others as well? Is it only for your benefit or for others as well? Try to always think about its cause and effect for all involved and observe its ripple effect... Try to keep in mind the bigger picture, not only in your circle of friends and family but our whole family of friends world wide. When you wish yourself well, also wish others well. Energy always follows intent. The more we live with intention and awareness, the more we can let go of the weight we are holding onto and the more we can move into ease.
