By doing so you can move on further in life in a happier way. Don't keep walking around with that same old negative story, especially when it doesn't feel right anymore. Treat yourself with somethings new, a new outlook, a new attitude towards life. Before you take out that old cassette tape listen to it one more time, listen to all that negativity that was actually never yours to begin with!!!
Say thank you to it and that you don't need negativity anymore in your life. Then slip in a new compact disc... and start to dance onto that new positive tune you picked out for yourself and sing a new song. Just feel how you let go of the old and in time begin to say hi to the changed feelings inside of you. Welcome your new thoughts and feelings and one day welcome the changed you.
HEALING IS EMBRACING YOURSELF AS YOU WOULD WELCOME YOUR BEST FRIEND
It won't all happen in one day but give yourself time, keep repeating that new song along the journey and stay nice to you ... and others... Have fun...

LETTING GO OF NEGATIVE CONTROL
What is letting go?
Letting go is a release, a disentanglement of old residue, distancing yourself from negative patterns from your past! And so making space to welcome the new positive feelings and ways of thinking. This can make you grow further into the future and the life you are suppose to be living.
What is negative control?
Avoidance, constant restriction, frugality, keeping within boundaries, denying one self, fear, hindering your life. Prohibition of a wholeness feeling, holding on to negative emotions. Holding on to all your negativity in your life, keeping your self trapped in your mind and not allowing space for positive thoughts, changes or growth.
Anger is a not a strength but an expression of frustration.

TO LET GO TAKES LOVE
To "let go" does not mean to stop caring,
it means I can't do it for someone else.
To "let go" is not to cut myself off,
it's the realisation I can't control another.
To "let go" is not to enable,
but to allow learning from natural consequences.
To "let go" is to admit powerlessness,
which means the outcome is not in my hands.
To "let go" is not to try to change or blame another,
it's to make the most of myself.
To "let go" is not to care for,
but to care about.
To "let go" is not to fix,
but to be supportive.
it means I can't do it for someone else.
To "let go" is not to cut myself off,
it's the realisation I can't control another.

To "let go" is not to care for,
but to care about.
To "let go" is not to fix,
but to be supportive.
To "let go" is not to judge,
but to allow another to be a human being.
To "let go" is not to be in the middle arranging the outcomes,
but to allow others to affect their own destinies.
To "let go" is not to be protective,
it's to permit another to face reality.
To "let go" is not to deny,
but to accept.
To "let go" it not to nag, scold or argue,
but instead to search out my own shortcomings, and correct them.
To "let go" is not to adjust everything to my desires
but to take each day as it comes,
and cherish myself in it.
To "let go" is not to criticise and regulate anybody
but to try to become what I dream I can be.
To "let go" is not to regret the past,
but to grow and live for the future.
To "let go" is to fear less,
and love more.

OUR OWN DEAR HEADACHE
Did you know that your brain is an absolute genius? And that the struggles in our heads are most of the time created by our own dear trickster self! Even more interestingly so, we are masters in repeating old words and old experiences inside our brain. Most of the time they're words that you allowed others to put inside your head and now you're repeating them. Why is it that we mostly answer to its negative powers first as we can access the positive intelligence anytime anywhere?! I know I have written about this subject many times in many different ways because this question comes and goes and sometimes keeps pounding inside my head. But we can use pounding as a search for freedom or a gui-dance of moving forwards as a constant flow of letting go! Like the beating of a drum, like questions and answers! Get out of your comfort zone, create new experiences and feel that it is not all that bad out there! Instead of giving yourself a headache with negative thinking, take on the challenge, get buzzing with the lessons that want to teach you to let go, to grow, to develop more and more as we are endless possibility! So entrench yourself in your own endless possibilities, as we are all created to grow beyond measure!
Have fun exploring, Pina Fear is a great teacher, but a bad master. Quote: Japanese samoerai

LETTING GO TAKES LOVE FOR YOURSELF
Let's talk about our pains, aches, dis-comforts, and sadness. Let's get it out, let go of whatever it is that is bothering/hurting your emotional and/or physical well being. Whatever it is that causes you pain, talk about it. You could be surprised how many people feel or exprience/experienced similar things as you!? Let's get it out, air your heart with the ones you trust. Have a cry, sigh, or laugh about it together. Tell your story and find out that you're not the only one with, for instance, a sore shoulder, neck, back, arm, hip and/or carrying your sadness around inside your body and mind. What a relief that can be! Years ago a 4 year old boy said to me: "Pina, sharing is caring". So wise, so true.
