One of the 3 main questions people ask me is: 'What is it that you do during a session?'

I scan people's energy. I do this via hand placements and by making high and low sounds that vibrate through your body. These sounds target and release layers of emotions which create shifts toward self-healing. 

I do more, but I leave that as a surprise for when you have your session😉At the end of the session I smudge you with the smoke of the Palo Santo and swoop with different feathers: Eagle, Hawk and Turkey, over your aura/body. 

Because of the sounds I make people started calling me a shaman. ( Spiritual healers are shamans in their own right. They are people who allow the energy of Spirit to flow through them in a way that guides, rejuvenates and empowers other.  ( Source Google )

A spiritual healing session is "like a massage" for the heart, body, mind and soul. During a session the conscious and subconscious are in communication with each other so that the physical body can release tiredness, stress, pain, or any other emotional stored overload.

People have told me many a times that they have never experienced scanning and moving energies like this before. Most say after they get of the plinth: ' I feel great, I feel lighter, more supple, less pain! It feels like I've done a workout!' And that's exactly what you've done, in the spiritual, physical and emotional sense of the word!

TO HEAL ONESELF IS A PROCESS OF SELF LOVE

I am living my life purpose as a born spiritual healer/spirit medium for 26 years now and still love every session. I am a conduit for healing and well-being who encourages the release of emotional & physical pain. It is impossible for me to write about all my years of healing work in detail and all the people I've met and supported in their healing journeys. 

What I can write about is that most of the time our own rejection starts after traumatic things have happened to us. We'll get scattered inside and seperated from our beautiful core self, our essence. People ask me, can you help me with this? Will it work? I always say, let's try and see what happens. I explain to them that I am not the one that does the healing, but that I channel the healing energies from the spiritual realm to share with you.

Every person is different and responses differently. When you are struggeling with or having negative emotions for a long time these emotions won't just go away after one session. You need to come at least for a few sessions to integate your scattered self. When we do not feel liked or loved for we who are we drift even further away from oneself .

Some people integrate faster than others, it all depends of the reason for your sessions. You do not need to be sick, in pain or sad to come for a session. Some people just come to relax, or want to learn to accept themselves, or again, whilst others like to experience the spiritual aspects of the session and want to know who their spiritguides are.
