Its power centre: the spiritual connector. I am Love.
Physical aspects: pineal glands, tranquillises the nervous system,
restores harmony, calms.
Healing crystals: clear quartz, moonstone, opal, diamond, selenite.
THE SEVENTH CHAKRA - THE BROW CHAKRA Its colours: violet and purple.
Its power centre: the mind. I perceive Love.
Physical aspects: pituitary glands, parathyroid, purifes the bloodstream, visual,
hearing, sense of smell, aesthetics, sensitivity to pain.
Healing crystals: amethyst, purple fluorite, sodalite, azurite, sapphire.
THE SIXTH CHAKRA - THE CAUSAL CHAKRA Its colour: indigo.
Its power centre: the higher self. I explore Love.
Physical aspects: Librarian Memories, spiritual thought, integration of the
higher self to the mind, manifestation, elevation, blue print, brings the light body
to the mental plane.
Healing crystals: Egyptian blue, kyanite, silver.
THE FIFTH CHAKRA – THE THROAT CHAKRA Its colour: turquoise.
Its power centre: the will. I express Love.
Physical aspects: regulates thyroid, facilitates cell tissue regeneration, communication, expression, promotes deeper exhalation, blood circulation.
