# PINA'S PREMIER :) THIS WEEKEND IN GALWAY at ELEMENTS #

OLDE MALTE (alleway) opposite EVERGREEN
HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE, PINA

# LOOKING INTO THE EYES OF THE BELOVED #

I speak of wisdom that even the tears of a thousand lost children could not proclaim. When standing at this distant shore. I have sworn my heart to the great waves of her infinite eyes. And hear her voice like the distant moon’s song, calling the melody of youth home from it’s eternal journey to life.
Cry my sweet as my heart melts into your divine rapture, like the shimmering light of ten thousand sun blessed evenings.
From the morning of my first kiss with this world, I have looked for you in every corner and under every stone. When I saw your face, tears ran down my face, from the memories of lost journeys, wishing that jewels would fall from heaven itself.
And yet your whisper is like a gentle wind that flickers over the ocean of my soul, whilst the drumbeat of your heart echoes to the four corners of the earth and way beyond, it takes flight on the wings of everlasting devotion.
When I look into your eyes, there is neither here nor there, we have dissolved together into this essence of the dream, the twilight of the world smiles, the deep echo of the universe bangs her heart’s drum, and I burst into flames, as the ancient ones sing their voice of approval.

Great Buddha’s, shine the light of infinite rainbow lights in the shadows of your lips. Kisses dance inside out, and the river’s flow is nothing but the children dancing in the garden of your heart.
How I am wrapped in the cauldron of your song, how I am raptured in fear when I fall into this vast expanse, like supernovas, streaming across space, with you I have never been alone.
To remember your eyes, once again my love, is like I have never forgotten.
As if the nomads of time have suddenly come to the sacred mountain, we lie on the floor in grief at the beauty of your ever present body. The endless waves of thought cannot fade this mysterious light,  like a candle that has touched the wild eyed Tigress whose flight gave rise to the wisdom keeper’s cave and set in motion the essence of you, as I look into your heart. I see my true face looking back and there is in this poem that which is forever looking into the eyes of the beloved.

ORGANICO ~SO MUCH MORE THEN A CAFE OR SHOP

THERE IS ALWAY SO MUCH GOING ON IN ORGANICO
ALWAYS A GREAT BUZZ, GO VISIT AND FOUND OUT FOR YOURSELF! P x

Organico was set up many many years ago by their parents Caroline and Allen Dare. In fact they were the first to start a healthfood shop in West Cork. The work and love for their local community is since 11 years in the hands of their 4 children, Hannah, Rachel, Jaime,  and Aoife. (Also Liz and Keith are ever present) Although it was difficult at first to follow the footsteps of their beloved parents, but we, the community, has fully witnessed that they have managed to do so, and now by recently renovating and revamping the cafe and shop, they've put their own styles and flavors into the place. The cafe and shop are turned into a 21st century establisment that is easily compatible with any city like fibe. Organico's cafe, bakery and healthfood shop have received many - and well deserved - awards...I won't write down my list of all the yammie foods I love there and all the food they produce and sell, it would just take to long...I just did some fab shopping you normally would have to go to Cork for! If you live in West Cork that is to far away, so you can image how happy and lucky we locals are having a place like Organico in beautiful West Cork!!!

# VIAPINA//PINA # PENTEK LOGO #

Last year I woke up with the message from my main Spirit Guide, to change my old handmade orange logo, into a gold bussiness card with red letters. Instead of my blog called, VILLAPINA,
I had to change it into ViaPina
Straight away that morning I made a rough drawing of the channelled letters and brought them the next day to a fantastic, easy going, local graphic designer called Sophie Pentek. The next day she send me a layout of the design by email, which I immediately loved!!! A few days later I  picked up my fabulous new bussiness cards, postcards, posters, gift vouchers, etc, et voila!!! People love my new bussiness card. I also use different details of the design on both my private and bussiness email account. Thank You so much, Sophie, Pina.

To enquire about her about work or make an order, don't hesitate and email

# HAPPY TIBETAN NEW YEAR// LOSAR # FEBRUARY 19 th// #

I BOUGHT THIS BANNER A FEW YEARS A GO IN THE HEALTH FOOD SHOP IN WESTPORT, NOT KNOWING THE MEANING OF IT. I JUST LIKED IT here is the explanation of these symbols

In Buddhism, the Eight Auspicious Symbols (Ashtamangala in Sanskrit) are a group of lucky symbols that appear on many Buddhist textiles, objects and paintings. Each symbol represents an aspect of Buddhist teaching and when they appear together, their powers are multiplied.

The symbols derive from Indian iconography and have become especially popular in Tibetan Buddhism. Clink a link below for a full article and illustration of each Auspicious Symbol.

Parasol (chattra) - royalty and spiritual power
Golden Fishes (suvarnamatsya) - good fortune, fertility and salvation
Treasure Vase (kalasha) - spiritual and material abundance
Lotus (padma) - mental and spiritual purity
Conch Shell (sankha) - the fame of Buddha's teachings
Endless Knot (shrivasta) - infinite wisdom of the Buddha
Victory Banner (dhvaja) - victory of the Buddha's teachings and wisdom over ignorance
Wheel (dharmachakra) - the teachings of the Buddha

For other traditions of celebrating the lunar new year, see Lunar New Year (disambiguation).
Losar is celebrated for 15 days, with the main celebrations on the first three days. On the first day of Losar, a beverage called changkol is made from chhaang (a Tibetan cousin of beer). The second day of Losar is known as King's Losar(gyalpo losar). Losar is traditionally preceded by the five day practice of Vajrakilaya. Because the Uyghurs adopted the Chinese calendar, and the Mongols and Tibetans adopted the Uyghur calendar,[3] Losar occurs near or on the same day as the Chinese New Year and the Mongolian New Year, but the traditions of Losar are unique to Tibet, and predate both Indian and Chinese influences. Originally, ancient celebrations of Losar occurred solely on the winter solstice, and was only moved to coincide with the Chinese and Mongolian New Year by a leader of the Gelug school of Buddhism.[4]
Losar is also celebrated by YolmoSherpaTamangGurung, and Bhutia, although different regions in the country have their own respective new year. Losar is also celebrated by Tibetan Buddhists Worldwide. Yolmo Losar is observed on the same day as of the Chinese New Year.

# SPIRITUAL HEALING SESSION part 1 #

I'm going to write a short series of posts to answer a few of the most asked questions. NO 1; "What is the group of people who come to you for a healing session"?

I don't really have a particular group. People of any age group, and all walks of life come to me for a session.

Many different kinds of people come for a session for many various reasons. Some come to relax, wanting to let go of tension which they have accumulated during the day. Others come because worries and fears keep them awake at night, or because stress-related pain causes them dis-comforts or dis-ease. Some come to experience the spiritual nature of a session. Still others have questions like, ‘Can you see my angels and do they have a message for me?’ And there are those who ask for specific guidance. Everyone reacts differently on the healing energies, and every session is a continuation of the previous one. There are many more reasons why one comes to me, these are just a few examples of the reasons people seek a healing session.

Every person has different ideas about what the spiritual world is and what it can do for them. Some people think that I or the angels will take away all their pain and worry, as if they have no responsibility for their own life, but for the most part people are totally committed to collaborating with me during their own healing process, especially when I tell them who their spirit guide(s)/angel(s) is/are or when their body start to respond on the healing energy!

Some sessions only consist of channelling healing energy and no messages come in words. The aim of my spirit guides and/or their own is merely that I facilitate a person’s healing. I empower, guide and inspire the person to be able to find their own healer within, and to return to their original state: innocence. I meet people from all walks of life and of all ages, anyone from a few months old to ninety-nine years of age.

Angels or spirit guides come to help in the form of loving support. They know exactly when they are needed and for what reason. Very seldom would they deny help during a session, and this would only be when the person needs to do the work for them self. This does not mean that the spirits are not present. They are always in the room but will sometimes only observe the session. The purpose of this will always reveal itself, if necessary, in due course.

The spiritual world has already done most of the work by bringing the person to a medium for a session. Then they support that person by allowing them to receive their healing. People often come to me through a caring person in their life, usually either a relative, partner, friend, practitioner or neighbour. The spiritual world always initiates the healing and their presence is experienced in many different ways.

# WHAT BETTER THEN~ A RUMI POEM ~ TO KEEP US ALL WARM ON A COLD WINTERS DAY/EVE #

A Smile and A Gentleness

There is a smile and a gentleness
inside. When I learned the name
and address of that, I went to where
you sell perfume. I begged you not
to trouble me so with longing. Come
out and play! Flirt more naturally.
Teach me how to kiss. On the ground
a spread blanket, flame that’s caught
and burning well, cumin seeds browning,
I am inside all of this with my soul.

TO LET GO TAKES LOVE

I GET SO MANY REQUESTS FOR THIS POEM THAT I POST IT AGAIN

To "let go" does not mean to stop caring,
it means I can't do it for someone else.

To "let go" is not to cut myself off,
it's the realization I can't control another.

To "let go" is not to enable,
but to allow learning from natural consequences.

To "let go" is to admit powerlessness,
which means the outcome is not in my hands.

To "let go" is not to try to change or blame another,
it's to make the most of myself.

To "let go" is not to care for,
but to care about.

To "let go" is not to fix,
but to be supportive.

To "let go" is not to judge,
but to allow another to be a human being.

To "let go" is not to be in the middle arranging the outcomes,
but to allow others to affect their own destinies.

To "let go" is not to be protective,
it's to permit another to face reality.

To "let go" is not to deny,
but to accept.

To "let go" it not to nag, scold or argue,
but instead to search out my own shortcomings, and correct them.

To "let go" is not to adjust everything to my desires
but to take each day as it comes,
and cherish myself in it.

To "let go" is not to criticize and regulate anybody
but to try to become what I dream I can be.

To "let go" is not to regret the past,
but to grow and live for the future.

To "let go" is to fear less,
and love more.

# SPIRITUAL HEALING ON 3 YEAR YOUNG OISIN #

Pina is an incredible person, infectiously happy, positive and underneath a strong and powerful healer. I have had a number of treatments with her, all of which had a positive and subconcious effect on me and my psyche...my inner me.

When I brought my son to Pina in October, he had a suspected hernia in his groin, his second now on the opposite side. It had been noticable for about 3 months at the time and appeard to be increasing in size and discomfort.

Pina's first session amazed the three of us. I sat next to my son as he lay still on the therapy table
(that alone was amazing to see my active 3 year old not climbing and jumping around).
Pina's calm and happy vibe was enough to have my son's trust. I think.
As she started working her magic, my boy began to fall asleep! I wasn't expecting that.

As Pina's treatment really got underway we could see my son's body reacting subconciously to every touch. When the session was ending, my boy woke up from his short but deep sleep, full of energy and ready to go. A few sessions later, his hernia cant be seen or felt! Totaly incredible and magic. Now my son calls Pina, 'Magic Fairy Pina' and I've seen him giving his teddies his own 'Magic Fairy' treatment. I would reccomend Pina to anyone of any age!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thank You so much, lovely mother of Oisin for all your kind words! His 3 sessions were very magical indeed! He is such a little sweetheart, and like you said, very active!
I call these very active children, little bumble bees :)
My work is all about facilitating the person's concious and subconscious to have a beneficial conversation so changes can occur. Your son is the perfect example of allowing the subconciosness to get to work and helping the body to heal so fast!
Children are not so busy, or curious, who is there for them, like the adults are. Especially the young children are more intune with "the feel good level" that the spiritual world offers during the session, therefore everything goes faster and easier. They just go with the flow of the bubbly sensations, and feel the shifts their bodies make. When changes occur and their discomfort is gone, that's all they need to know, to feel happy again! I LOVE MY WORK :)
