Healing happens when you stop running around and ignoring what makes you feel sick, tired, scared, sad or angry. It starts when you allow yourself to listen, and feel what your body,mind and spirit are trying to tell you. When you start nourishing the parts that are craving your attention. When you start making changes, big or small.
 When you start to embrace yourself as you would welcome your best friend.
Do you feel the need to talk to someone? 
Do you want to pour out your heart? 
Do you want to cry?  

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO FEEL HAPPY AND HEALTHY?
WHAT RECHARGES YOUR BATTERY?
Do you like to have a body massage?
Or an accupuncture  treatment?
Or a energetic shiatsu massage?
Or a spiritual healing session/
Do you need a short retreat?
Do you need some time out?
Whatever it is, give it to yourself!
Stop trying to being so strong all the time.
