I never know in what kind of atmosphere the work will be until we start the session. In the first session I make it clear to the person that the work is done in teamwork: You and your spirit guides. Me and my spirit guides. And then all together.
I am not, ”the magic person who takes it all away or changes things”. You're doing most of the work by allowing shifts to happen. I facilitate the person during it's healing process.
