THE MIND, BODY & SPIRIT AS A COLLECTIVE
Emptying our minds is one of the most useful things we can practise
in our lives. Some people can do this unconsciously, while others
have to do it in a conscious way. A silent moment of peace and
quiet in this busy world we all live in is a precious thing.
Silence, when positive, is a sigh of peacefulness.
It is a meditative harmonious reconnecting with the source we all come from.
This can give us a sense of calm, a feeling of renewal.
We feel refreshed when we have spent some time alone in our ‘bubble’,
or when we have had a little break from it all.
When our life is happy, our mind can tap into this calm state of being
whenever desired. It is also good to contemplate precious memories of joy
and harmony, giving us a feeling of contentment.
This is the plan the Divine has in store for us.
There are a lot of happy and loving people out there in the world, who
were able to stay connected with that loving energy they received as their
birthright. These are the children who grew up with the right foundations
and became loving, respectful, wise and compassionate adults.
Compare it to building a house. The right foundations and the proper
building materials are vital. All houses should be built with the right amount
of concrete, sand, water, stones, wood and insulation in order to be able to
offer protection from natural forces.
Unfortunately, not everyone lives with this sense of safety and harmony.
But we can all learn. Feeling safe is a feeling of being supported and protected,
by yourself, your family and friends, the Universe and its patterns of sacred Love.

A STRONG WOMAN vs A STRONG MAN
A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape…
but a woman of strength kneels in prayer to keep her soul in shape…A strong woman isn’t afraid of anything…
but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear…A strong woman won’t let anyone get the best of her…
but a woman of strength gives the best of her to everyone…A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future…
but a woman of strength realizes life’s mistakes canalso be God’s blessings and capitalizes on them…A strong woman walks sure footedly…
but a woman of strength knows God will catch her when she falls…A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face…
but a woman of strength wears grace…A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey…
but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong
but a woman of strength kneels in prayer to keep her soul in shape…
but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear…
but a woman of strength gives the best of her to everyone…
but a woman of strength knows God will catch her when she falls…

A strong man thinks he has to always be strong,
a man of strength knows that he doesn't have to prove himself.
A strong man thinks he has to do everything alone,
a man of strength knows he can ask for help.
A strong man thinks he is responsible for everyone,
a man of strength feels he is part of a team.
A strong man makes things happen with his mind or body,
a man of strength follows his heart and soul for the right outcome.
A strong man pushes himself past his limit and becomes agitated,
a man of strength lets his possibilities guide him toward his true-self.
A strong man puts a yoke on his shoulders and suffers in silence,
a man of strength learns that responsibilities can be carried and shared.
A strong man thinks that he must be respected for what he does,
a man of strength knows that he is loved for his kindness.

For many years I've shared the poem: A strong woman vs a woman of strength, and have heard in many different ways how helpful it has been, and still is. Unfortunately the wonderful author of this poem is unknown.
The idea to write a poem about: A strong man vs a man of strength; has been lingering in my mind. Finally I wrote one today and here it is! It's a poem in progress.
This post is for all the men & women of strength who think that they have to be strong all the time, either from or for other people. Try to feel your own inner strength for your own happiness.
Your happiness will automatically make others happy too!
